6. A 35,000-year-old fossil Flute of Bones

The world’s oldest instrument is most likely a 35,000-year-old vulture bone flute discovered in a European cave. The pieces were discovered in a stone age cave in southern Germany in 2008. Five finger holes and a V-shaped mouthpiece are said to be on the flute.

The flute is made from a vulture’s natural hollow wing bone. According to research, music has been a part of our lives since the beginning. It was one of the cultural achievements that gave us an advantage over the generation before us.
